Advance Medical is currently assisting numerous pharmaceutical (includes biotechnology) and medical equipment companies expand their current sales forces, in addition to fully staffing companies prior to new product launches.


Selected pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies are expanding and are currently hiring a large number of people as a result of recent approvals in both the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industry.

We have openings in both rural and metropolitan areas. While many positions require some previous experience, there are also positions available for people that are new to the industry.

We will conduct a pre-interview with selected candidates prior to an actual interview with the hiring company. We will present you with a few of the same questions you will be asked in your actual company interview. Candidates that can easily supply adequate answers to these questions will be the first to be placed in an interview with the hiring company.

PHARMACEUTCIAL SALES

The pharmaceutical positions have a starting salary of between $45,000 and $60,000. Average bonus and commission adds an additional $19,000 to $30,000 per year.

All representatives are supplied with a company car, full benefits, stock options and an expense account. Most new hires are offered three to four weeks vacation in their initial year of employment.


  MEDICAL SALES

The medical equipment positions are in any of three divisions within the medical equipment industry: Capital equipment, medical devices or disposable goods.

Medical equipment representatives will primarily call on hospitals and clinics. Candidates should be familiar with common business terms.

There are numerous ancillary divisions under the medical equipment umbrella that have recently experienced fast growth due to new product launches.

The changing demographics of the U.S. is also emphasized in the products that are now condidered "quality of life" treatments.
